Become a Partner:
B.E.S.T. was founded upon the strength of partnerships. Our partners are those organizations who help us accomplish our goals and projects for the neighborhood. Many of these partnerships have spanned decades and continue stronger than ever today. If you’d like to partner with us and help create a better East Bayfront contact Jeremy Bloeser at jbloeser@besterie.org.
Make a Donation:
There are several ways that you can make a donation to B.E.S.T. including online donations, financial contributions, and in-kind contributions. When you make a contribution to our neighborhood revitalization efforts it helps us build a more resilient community, not just houses. If you’d like to donate, click here.
Open AmeriCorps VISTA position at BEST:
BEST has an open position for an AmeriCorps VISTA! Our VISTA project centers around connecting residents in the Historic East Bayfront to resources for renewable energy and energy efficiency in their homes. The VISTA would create a housing unit profile database for the neighborhood. This database would make information required in state and federal energy efficiency applications more readily accessible for residents as it would cut down on the time they would need to spend calculating energy data. The VISTA member's role would also include outreach to neighborhood residents to inform them about available energy resources to make their homes more efficient and assist them with the process of applying for those resources.
