12TH ANNUAL BEAUTY & THE BLUFF
Volunteers come out
in full force to spruce up Erie’s
East Bayfront.
Over 40 volunteers from
Wayne Middle School and Erie County’s Community Service
Program showed up early on a drizzly Saturday morning
for East Bayfront Neighborhood Watch’s 12th
Annual Beauty and the Bluff cleanup. Volunteers scoured neighborhood
streets and the bayfront bluff for trash and debris.

beds in Levy Park.

Wayne Middle School Student Council
weeded, planted and spread mulch at the East Avenue and 6th
Street traffic triangle
on May 18th. The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy provided
design, tools and plants. East Bayfront resident Del
Birch coordinated the effort.
