Northwest Savings Bank recently gave the Bayfront East Side Taskforce a generous donation in support of their new home construction program.

 BEST provides downpayment assistance grants and building lots to low-moderate income first time homebuyers willing to build a home in Erie's East Bayfront Neighborhood.
