BEST and Port Harbor Company hosted an open house Thursday May 25th to show off three newly built homes on the 300 block of East Third Street.

Total new homes built in Erie’s East Bayfront now number 13. But wait, it gets better, BEST is planning two more new homes on the 300 block of East Fourth. Building will begin as soon as possible. Lucky for us two new home owners are waiting in the wings to join our rapidly improving neighborhood.
