New Sidewalks are coming to East Third Street from Wallace to German Streets. Part of the on-going revitalization of Erie’s Historic East Bayfront, the sidewalk replacement is being funded by a Pennsylvania Elm Street Grant. The project is being coordinated by the Bayfront East Side Taskforce in conjunction with the City of Erie and the East Bayfront Neighborhood Watch.
